My Story
Growing up in Melbourne, Australia, I was always surrounded by the rich aromas and vibrant flavors of both Italian and Greek cuisines. At 22 years old, I find myself reflecting on the unique blend of cultures that have shaped my culinary journey. My dad, with his deep roots in Italy, and my mum, with her Greek heritage, have both been instrumental in fostering my love for cooking.
Our family dinners were a beautiful fusion of these two culinary worlds. The table would be adorned with Italian antipasti, Greek salads, and an array of dishes that showcased the best of both cuisines. These meals were not just about eating; they were about sharing stories, laughter, and creating memories. It was during these times that I realised the power of food to bring people together.
